At MANA, our mission is to empower young women through the game of flag football by building confidence, leadership, character, and lifelong friendships in a safe, competitive, and inspiring environment.


We are committed to creating opportunities for girls to discover their strength, develop their athletic potential, and become leaders on and off the field. Through teamwork, discipline, resilience, and sportsmanship, we strive to prepare the next generation of female athletes for success in athletics, academics, and life.
